Bridal Before Wedding Day
EVERY BRIDE SHOULD BEGIN WITH A MAKEUP CONSULTATION.
During this consultation, you will be asked to describe your current makeup routine and what you want to look like on your wedding day. Other important items to discuss are the location of your wedding (indoors/ outdoors), time of day, colors, flowers, and the ambiance of the wedding. Do you want a romantic, vintage, modern, or natural look?
Finally, the most important piece is the wedding dress! The color (warm/ cool), neckline, jewelry, and hairstyle will influence the look for your big day!
For your trial, wear a button-down shirt as close to the color of your dress as possible, (white) and also on the wedding day. If you show up in sweatpants and a t-shirt, it may be hard to envision the look for your wedding day. If you don’t have a button-down close in color, wear something dressy to your trial. Also, have your veil and jewelry available if already picked out.
It’s important to communicate what you like and dislike about makeup during your trial. Being open and clear with us will give you comfort knowing they understand your preferences down to the lip color.
Schedule your first trial no further than 2 months before your wedding date. If you plan to change your look at all (hair and/ or skin color) wait to schedule your trial until your look is complete.
If you plan to tan your skin or have a spray tan applied for your wedding day, make sure you have it done for your trial as well.
Depending on your desired style, we can recommend either air dry or wet hair for your appointment. Avoid any new skincare products or procedures (facials, microdermabrasion, etc.) at least 1 month prior to your wedding or event.
Bridal Preparation Before Wedding Day
BRIDAL PREPARATION & WEDDING DAY
2- 4 WEEKS BEFORE WEDDING DAY
Get a facial 1-2 weeks before arriving in Studio or before your wedding day, start prepping your skin the moment you know you’re getting married if you have skin conditions that need to be addressed.
Exfoliate your face, and if you have chapped lips, apply Aquaphor or original Blistex cream, the NIGHT before our trial, as well as the morning of.
DO NOT have your face or brows waxed right before your trial or wedding day. Your makeup will not easily blend; 7-10 days should be fine.
Do not pop any pre-wedding pimples. Instead, use Visine to remove redness. Also, be sure to not dry out blemishes, as this makes it more difficult to flawlessly cover the area with makeup.
Stay hydrated, keep SPF on your skin prior to your wedding, and most importantly, drink an exorbitant amount of water before arriving at your high-altitude wedding destination.
Exfoliate your lips by using a washcloth and lip balm after your shower. This will help your lipstick stay on longer and create a smooth surface for application.
Purchase blotting papers to eliminate shine for photos.
You then won’t need additional products.
If you use eye cream, be sure to use it at night. Creams need time to absorb fully and to work their best during the skin’s rejuvenation process.
If you use an eye product during the day, try serums or rollers. These products absorb quickly and provide great results without creasing after makeup application.
If you have naturally curly hair, let us know how you like them styled. please arrange an in-salon appointment prior to the wedding day to ensure you’re curls are well taken care of before event day styling or we suggest Lusid products like shampoo, deep conditioner, and hair mask for the curl definition you prefer.
Pick one or two styles for your hairstylist to choose from and keep in mind the more complicated the style, the longer it will take.
Clarify with the wedding party prior to the wedding day what each person will owe for hair and makeup. This avoids last-minute confusion about settling the bill.
Bridal Wedding Day
For the wedding day, the bridal party should wear loose button-down tops and no bras (they will leave unwanted marks on the skin).
Please remember if you or anyone in the bridal party is doing an updo or curls, do not wash your hair the morning of the wedding. For best results, hair should be washed the day before and kept free of styling products.
Create a playlist or ask a friend to create a playlist with your favorite music to help you relax and enjoy the day.
Pack your jewelry, shoes, perfume, undergarments, something old, something borrowed, and something blue, along with any sentimental items you want to have with you before you start hair and makeup.
This will leave you relaxed during your pampering. Have your planner provide snacks during the morning and afternoon. An empty stomach plus adrenaline equals a fainting spell waiting to happen.
On the wedding day, be sure the flowers/ bouquets are blotted with towels if they are in the water before the bridal party picks them up to avoid dress watermarks.

After Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio accepts your booking, your wedding date will be held temporarily for three (3) days.
Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio must receive written confirmation of the booking and a 50% deposit payment within three (3) days of your booking.
The booking date will be released and your reservation may be canceled if the required 50% deposit or the first installment of the payment plan is not made within three (3) days of your reservation.
Final payment to Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio must be made fourteen (14) days prior to your wedding booking date.
$1 per km according to Google Maps to your address or desired location. (Return Trip).
Accommodation is Required when the party is remotely located & artist is required to travel prior to 5 am Please contact us for a travel quote to your desired location.
An early morning fee of $50 per stylist will apply to a start or travel times commencing before 8 a.m.
When the bride and bridal party are late to begin services on the wedding day, they will be charged a wait fee of $100 hourly rate Over time. Service disruptions or wait times caused by the party cause the artist or stylist to run overtime.
$100 per hour Events falling on a public holiday incur an extra fee.
The 50% payment is non-refundable if you seek to modify the date of your wedding less than one month before the booking date. On a case-by-case basis, the 50% deposit may, however, be carried over to a new reservation date.
The deposit CANNOT be moved to another booking date, and all payments made towards the booking will be non-refundable if the request to change the wedding date is made less than one month before the wedding booking date.
If you wish the makeup artist to stay at the event for a touch-up, There is an extra charge of $50 Per half an hour with/ 2 hours Min.
While Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio makes every effort to ensure that its quotes are as accurate as possible, in the event that new information regarding the client booking, or modifications to existing client booking details, result in additional costs for Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio over those the client was initially quoted and invoiced for, Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio reserves the right to on-charge the extra costs to the client.
If Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio is unable to make the arrangements for your wedding or any part of it, or if Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio is unable to carry out any other obligations under this agreement (aside from events connected to Covid 19), and Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio’s failure is brought on by events beyond its decision-making or control, then you will be entitled to reimbursement.
Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio will refund any payments/ deposits made towards the wedding booking in full but is not responsible for any costs, damages, or expenses that you may suffer or incur as a result.
In the event that circumstances outside of the control of Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio result in extra costs being incurred to provide the services or any other arrangements for your wedding or any part thereof, (above what was originally quoted and invoiced for) Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio reserves the right to on-charge these extra costs to the client.
Any additional charges we may incur for staff parking will be invoiced within seven (7) days of the wedding date, any delay 10% extra charge. All cancellations are required in writing.

Hair and Makeup Bookings:
If you have any cosmetic allergies, please notify us at Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio before your service begins. If you are concerned about an allergic reaction, please bring your preferred makeup/skin care products to your appointment.
