Bridal Make Up & Hair Policies

After Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio accepts your booking, your wedding date will be held temporarily for three (3) days.

Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio must receive written confirmation of the booking and a 50% deposit payment within three (3) days of your booking.

The booking date will be released and your reservation may be canceled if the required 50% deposit or the first installment of the payment plan is not made within three (3) days of your reservation.

Final payment to Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio must be made fourteen (14) days prior to your wedding booking date.

$1 per km according to Google Maps to your address or desired location. (Return Trip).

Accommodation is Required when the party is remotely located & artist is required to travel prior to 5 am Please contact us for a travel quote to your desired location.

An early morning fee of $50 per stylist will apply to a start or travel times commencing before 8 a.m.

When the bride and bridal party are late to begin services on the wedding day, they will be charged a wait fee of $100 hourly rate Over time. Service disruptions or wait times caused by the party cause the artist or stylist to run overtime.

 

$100 per hour Events falling on a public holiday incur an extra fee.

The 50% payment is non-refundable if you seek to modify the date of your wedding less than one month before the booking date. On a case-by-case basis, the 50% deposit may, however, be carried over to a new reservation date.

The deposit CANNOT be moved to another booking date, and all payments made towards the booking will be non-refundable if the request to change the wedding date is made less than one month before the wedding booking date.

If you wish the makeup artist to stay at the event for a touch-up, There is an extra charge of $50 Per half an hour with/ 2 hours Min.

While Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio makes every effort to ensure that its quotes are as accurate as possible, in the event that new information regarding the client booking, or modifications to existing client booking details, result in additional costs for Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio over those the client was initially quoted and invoiced for, Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio reserves the right to on-charge the extra costs to the client.

 

If Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio is unable to make the arrangements for your wedding or any part of it, or if Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio is unable to carry out any other obligations under this agreement (aside from events connected to Covid 19), and Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio’s failure is brought on by events beyond its decision-making or control, then you will be entitled to reimbursement.

Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio will refund any payments/ deposits made towards the wedding booking in full but is not responsible for any costs, damages, or expenses that you may suffer or incur as a result.

In the event that circumstances outside of the control of Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio result in extra costs being incurred to provide the services or any other arrangements for your wedding or any part thereof, (above what was originally quoted and invoiced for) Parvaneh Cosmetic Studio reserves the right to on-charge these extra costs to the client.

Any additional charges we may incur for staff parking will be invoiced within seven (7) days of the wedding date, any delay 10% extra charge. All cancellations are required in writing.
