Please thoroughly read the following information.

The pigments in cosmetic tattoos may change over time as they age. Because larger molecules are more difficult for your body to metabolise, the pigments that were initially implanted into your dermis degrade at different rates. When your body holds onto larger molecules, it is common to be left with colour hues that must be neutralised.

The process of implanting either orange, green, or yellow pigment to restore the colour to its original state is known as neutralisation.

The pigments are carefully chosen to complement each individual’s skin tone. The pigments you use are determined by your skin tone as well as the colour of your hair, eyes, lips, and areola.

Touch-up rates vary depending on the procedure and the amount of work required. Touch-up appointments are also not recommended or performed before a 12-month period, and on most occasions, touch-up appointments are not required unless the colour has significantly faded or changed.

    These prices include:

    • A face-to-face consultation
    • Face measurements and design
    • Custom pigment colour match
    • Topical anaesthetic
    • Aftercare balm & instructions

You may require a touch-up appointment if your skin does not retain the pigment within 12 weeks, this will incur a fee of an additional

Pain level: The majority of clients experience little to no pain.

    Preparing for your appointment:

Preparing for your appointment: It is important that you refrain from using any skincare (Vitamin A, Glycolic acids) on the treatment area two weeks prior to your appointment.

We require our clients to avoid any blood thinning medication (Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Niacin) for a minimum of 48 hours prior to their appointment. If you have been on prescription Accutane in the past, you MUST wait at least one year before considering this procedure. It is highly recommended that you avoid SUN and TANNING BED exposure for 30 days BEFORE and AFTER your procedure. If you show up for your appointment with a new tan or a sunburn, you will need to reschedule.

Do not consume any alcohol, fish oil, or caffeine 48 hours before your procedure, this may cause excess bleeding and may affect your results.

Cosmetic botox and fillers should be done four weeks prior or four weeks after your appointment. You will not be able to receive a tattoo service if you are pregnant or planning on pregnancy. You will not be able to receive a tattoo service if you are prone to keloid scarring.

    Post-appointment aftercare:

Just like any cosmetic procedure, the full healing process can take much longer than the initial healing process. The entire process can take up to six weeks. The first ten days are crucial for the healing process and 90% of your result will depend on how well you look after them.

You may shower or bathe normally, but avoid getting any soaps, shampoos or other cleansers on the treated area for the first five-ten days as they can be detrimental to the bonding process that must take place for the pigment to stabilize in the dermis.
DO NOT pick or scratch at the dry skin/ flakiness; let the skin fall off naturally. Picking can cause scarring and premature loss of pigment. IMPORTANT: Once the flakes have fallen off, a shiny layer of healing skin will completely cover the hair strokes. It may appear as though the tattooed area has completely disappeared. Within 1-2 weeks, the hair strokes will slowly reappear at a lighter shade as your skin regenerates.
DO NOT apply make-up to the tattooed area for the first 2 weeks. Cosmetics of any kind may interfere with the healing and colour of your tattoo.
DO NOT use Vaseline, Neosporin or other petroleum-based products while healing.
DO NOT bleach, tint or dye the tattooed area for one month following the procedure.
DO NOT apply any anti-acne products (e.g. Benzoyl Peroxide, Salicylic Acid, Proactive, etc.) or lightening creams (skin bleaching creams) such as hydroquinone to the treated area while healing.
No anti-ageing products or facial products containing Alpha Hydroxyls (AHAs), Retin-A, Lactic or Glycolic Acids.
Do not thread, wax, or use hair removal products on the treated area while healing.
NO exercising and/or sweating for a few days prior to getting tattooed and for two weeks after.
NO swimming pools, Jacuzzis or other bodies of water for two weeks.
Do not soak your face underwater in a bathtub or allow the shower to spray directly in your face for two weeks.

If you are not committed to this healing period, this procedure is most likely not suited for you.

A non-refundable deposit is required to book and confirm every new appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your session.

Permanent makeup will last for 1-3 years, with no defined durability being guaranteed. this depends on existing circumstances such as skin texture, habits, sun exposure (solarium), medication intake, as well as colour selection for the PMU and correct after-care by the client. Complete fading or minimum durability can not be guaranteed. the colour result of the pigmented site will appear more intense right after the treatment. The final result will only be visible after healing for about (2-3 weeks). Since every person’s metabolic process is different, a follow-up treatment may be necessary. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply.

Immediately after treatment, the pigmented area may be slightly irritated. Slight Swelling, redness, encrustation, and tension can occur This can last 1-3 hours up to a maximum of a few days. Cool the treated area. In the case of a lip treatment, carries the herpes simplex viruses can expect to have an outbreak.
